Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a training plan or guide has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our digital content. We appreciate your understanding that once files are delivered, there is no way to guarantee that the product has not been copied or saved.

Online Coaching Services — Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our online coaching services are billed on a recurring monthly basis, with payments processed on the same calendar date each month.
Cancellations:
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted prior to your scheduled billing date.
If you fail to cancel before your billing date and the payment is processed, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
Refunds:
Refund requests made within 14 days of the billing date may be eligible for up to a 50% refund, at our discretion.
No refunds will be provided for requests made more than 14 days after the billing date.
No refunds will be provided for coaching sessions that have already been completed or delivered during the current billing cycle.
